Hi all! So I’ve been MIA for at least a month. Apologies about that. The first week of September was pretty hectic. My baby nephew’s first birthday was that weekend and I also attended another wedding. I think it’s my sixth wedding of the year? I’ve also been busy with other things. Anyway, on to what is now called “Radiance Day”.
I was on MEMBOX’s website to order the carbonated clay mask by Elizavecca Milky Piggy when I saw another product of theirs that is extremely popular. Along with my order of the carbonated clay mask, I also ordered the “Kangsi Pack”.
Elizavecca Milky Piggy’s product designs and labeling are so darn cute!!! I mean, it’s quite clever because when I applied on the mask I looked like those Chinese zombies that jump everywhere…..they are extremely terrifying when you’re a kid.
Aside from that, what I like about the “Kangsi Pack” is that there is a seal on the tube. To me, that indicates that the product is legit and hasn’t been tampered with or some other reason thought up by paranoia. There is 120 ml worth of product in the tube so you are getting your money’s worth out of one tube. The consistency of the mask is rather runny but the application is easy.
The mask applies on gold. As you can see, the edges of the mask are already oxidizing and turning white.
I really regret smiling for this picture. I look like a Chinese zombie in a tye-dye shirt. #OTL However, the mask has turned completely white (look at all those pores!!!!). The mask will feel really dry but as soon as you wash your face with warm water, it just melts off your face.
I didn’t take a picture of myself after I washed off the mask because it’ll just be another picture of me with no make-up on.
I absolutely love this mask. I think I love it more than the carbonated mask (that one is pretty cool too). After using it for a few days my face wasn’t as shiny as it used to be before I started using the mask. My skin does feel very I would like to mention that the mask does have a strong scent to it. It reminds me of a very rich lady’s perfume. So if you are someone who is sensitive to scents, I wouldn’t recommend this for you to use. For the rest of us who don’t mind, I say go ahead and try it~
Like I stated before, I purchased my “Kangsi Pack” from MEMEBOX. I paid $14 but I also bought other things too and qualified for free shippping. Since MEMEBOX does priority shipping, I think shipping is $8 depending on where you’re shipping to.
